D.A.R.E. is my Award Winning Coaching Framework. It's a practical, supportive, and deeply human coaching journey designed to help you move from feeling stuck to feeling clear, capable, and calm. It’s for the moments where life looks “fine” from the outside, but inside you feel unsettled, overwhelmed, or like you’ve drifted away from who you really are.

This is where we gently turn the lights on. We clarify what you truly want, what matters to you now (not who you used to be), and what feels missing beneath the noise of everyday life. We uncover the patterns that keep repeating, the moments you feel most triggered and most alive, and the beliefs that quietly shape your choices.
From there, we create an honest vision and a simple roadmap forward, so you’re not guessing anymore. You stop living in reaction mode and start moving with direction.

Free Discovery Call:
This is a relaxed, no-pressure chat where you tell me what’s going on and what you’re hoping to change. I’ll ask a few thoughtful questions, reflect back what I’m hearing, and help you get clear on what you need most right now. If coaching feels right, we’ll map the next step. If it doesn’t, you’ll still leave with clarity.
Does it Feel Right:
Coaching is personal. It has to feel safe, aligned, and like a genuine “yes” in your body, not just your head. This step is simply about fit, trust, and timing. If you feel ready to be supported and you’re open to taking honest steps forward, we’ll move ahead. If now isn’t the time, that’s completely okay too.
Biweekly Sessions:
Most clients choose sessions every two weeks because it creates momentum without overwhelm. Each session is focused, practical, and supportive. We’ll work through what’s happening in real time, build emotional steadiness, and turn insight into action with simple steps you can actually follow through on.
Long-Lasting Change:
The goal isn’t a quick “feel better” fix. It’s building a calmer nervous system, stronger self-trust, and a way of living that supports you long after coaching ends. No. D.A.R.E. Coaching is future-focused. We work on clarity, goals, patterns, and action. If therapy is a better fit, I’ll tell you honestly.
2. Do I need to know my goal before I start?
Not at all. “I feel stuck” is a perfect starting point. We’ll find the clarity together.
3. How many sessions do I need?
Some people get a big shift in 6-8 sessions. Others prefer ongoing support for deeper transformation. The aim is to support you, and give you the tools to grow, so that you don't need my help.
4. Can coaching help with stress, anxiety, or burnout?
Yes. We’ll build practical tools and a plan to reduce overwhelm and strengthen resilience. (Coaching doesn’t replace medical care where needed.)
5. What makes your approach different?
The D.A.R.E. framework gives structure, while the practices (mindset tools, breathwork, meditation, etc) help you embody change, not just think about it.
6. What happens on the free discovery call?
We map where you are, what you want, and whether we’re a fit. No pressure, just clarity.
7. How much does a session cost?
Each 60 minute session costs £60. This also includes a bespoke meditation recording.
