Every 1:1 journey starts with a breath assessment

Before we decide which breathing practices will help you most, we first look at how you currently breathe.

Your initial assessment may include:

  • Biochemical efficiency testing to explore your tolerance to carbon dioxide and how efficiently your system manages breath
  • Biomechanical efficiency testing to assess breathing mechanics, including diaphragm function, ribcage movement, posture, and habitual breathing patterns
  • Optional sporting performance evaluation for athletes wanting to improve recovery, focus, robustness under pressure, and respiratory efficiency in training and competition
