Breathwork
In my breathwork classes, you can expect a welcoming, beginner-friendly environment where you’re encouraged to go at your own pace. Sessions usually include a short check-in and grounding, a guided breathwork practice, soothing meditation, and time to integrate what you’ve experienced. Because breathwork is both physical and emotional, classes are designed to help you feel safe in your body while learning practical tools you can use outside the session, whether you’re managing a busy mind, work stress, low mood, or simply wanting more clarity and energy.

In my workshops, you can expect a deeper, more immersive experience than a regular class... still welcoming and beginner-friendly, but with more time to practise, understand the “why”, and integrate what you’ve learned. These sessions are themed around powerful wellbeing tools such as breathwork, the Wim Hof Method, contrast therapy (sauna and cold), and practical stress relief strategies for nervous system regulation. Each workshop is designed to leave you feeling calmer, clearer, and more confident, with a toolkit you can return to whenever life gets busy.

In my retreats, you can expect a complete reset... a deeper, more spacious experience designed to help you step out of daily life and reconnect with yourself. Whether it’s a day retreat, a weekend retreat, or an overseas retreat, you’ll be held in a welcoming environment where you can slow down, breathe, and truly integrate. Retreats blend guided breathwork, nervous system regulation, mindset coaching, and nature-led experiences (often including cold water immersion and contrast therapy where available) to support calm, clarity, resilience, and real change.
